One of the biggest mistakes girls make when a relationship is over is continuing to provide a man with sexual gratification outside of a relationship. While a woman thinks that sex will lead to emotions and draw the man back in, the man is realizing that sex without strings is really great.
He feels like he can get sex from one woman AND continue to seek it out from another.
There are other tactics that always fail including using guilt or children to bring him back. Even if these tactics work, the man will resent the woman forever. And who wants that kind of relationship?
Some women start calling him every day, sending presents, texting all the time, stalking his facebook profile etc. The list really does go on. There is nothing less attractive than neediness or stalker behavior. If you want to get your man back, you first have to take control of your emotions and behavior.
And please don't try to convince him that you are the love of his life. This will only freak him out and push him away!
